Our program is designed to help financially pressured adults with accelerated training and gainful employment. To facilitate this process we use customized training, business partners willing to hire and a database to identify scholarships, grants and employment opportunities

NCCER offers curricula in over 70 different craft areas and more than 80 different assessments. When you successfully complete training, assessments and/or performance verifications through an NCCER Accredited Training Sponsor or Assessment Center, NCCER’s Registry System records your completions and issues the appropriate credentials. It is these portable, industry-recognized credentials that many industry leaders look for when making employment decisions.
The welder program starts by helping students learn what it’s really like to be a welder: in interactive workshop courses and welding booths.
You’ll be trained in structural welding, fluxcore welding and pipe welding. You’ll also be prepared to excel in job interviews and weld tests for various welding certifications.
The Professional Welder program trains you in the skills you need to work as a welder worldwide:

To help you become successful as a medical assistant, this program covers the structure and function of major body systems in conjunction with medical terminology, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, computer skills, administrative processes, bookkeeping and accounting practices, and the processing of medical insurance forms and claims.
The CNA program will provide the skills, knowledge and abilities essential to providing basic care to residents of long-term care facilities. You will learn about resident’s rights, communication, safety, observation, reporting and assisting residents in maintaining basic comfort and safety.
This course of instruction prepares individuals for entry-level jobs as phlebotomists. Graduates may find suitable employment with hospitals, nursing homes, and laboratories. Upon completion of this program students will be able to evaluate a patient’s ability to withstand procedure, locate veins on a patient’s arm, store blood and apply tourniquets to patients’ arms, perform basic point of care testing, prepare blood, urine, and other specimens for testing, and maintain medical equipment such as needles and test tubes.

OSHA 10-Hour Basic Safety Orientation
Learners enrolled in the plumbing training program develop the technical skills to repair and install fixtures, appliances and water, drain waste, vent, and gas piping systems. Plumbing courses will also teach trainees in-depth curriculum covering mechanics, chemistry, electricity, heating, and ventilation designed to meet the Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training (BAT) standards.
These self-paced plumbing courses introduce trainees to the program beginning with preliminary technical studies of basic mathematics, measurements and safety.
When combined with hands-on training in compliance with updated National Standard Plumbing codes, learners will gain academic experience in:
Pipefitting, welding and steam-fitting
Assembling and testing pipe joints and systems
Tanks, pumps and plumbing maintenance
Gas and arc welding and cutting
Refrigeration, heating and air conditioning tools, materials and fundamentals

In addition to helping students receive their CDL, certified professional trainers teach new drivers the industry best practices to help them become the best and safest drivers on the road.
